My name is Danielle Lannert-Mitchell. I usually go by Mitchell when racing. Yes, I have two last names. No, Im not married,
nor never been. Yes, Im a female. No Im not lying. I race motocross for District 17 and 18 AMA. My racing number is
616 and I race a 2004 kx 85. I havent been racing long at all. Motocross to me is a great family sport. My parents run MMXP,
in Rolla Missouri. Its an awesome track. My brothers also race 65's.
I attend Bradley University in the Fall and Spring, and Illinois Central College also. Im twenty years old and graduating
in May 2006 as a Criminal Justice major. I maintain a good G.P.A and love relieving my school stress on the track. Im not
sure what Id do without having a bike around. It is my escape from the world. I reside in Peoria Illinois, 3 hours
from Chicago, or St. Louis with my Mom, Step-Dad and Sister. My favorite rider has to be Ricky Carmichael because of his sense
of style or Brock Hepler because of his all around track talent and that of a rising racer.
I plan on racing for as long as I can. I have broken my pelvis before, and that did not stop me. I am taking 24 credit
hours this fall and still will find time to ride the bike. I am willing to try something new and take a chance. If you didnt,
you wouldnt have any thrill to look forward to.
